The room was very clean and modern, equipped with a refrigerator, kitchenette, and air conditioning, and the staff was friendly and helpful, resolving any issues we encountered.

Clean modern hotel with spacious room. Conveniently located to the Domagstrasse tram station. Free use on internet in foyer for 20 minutes was useful. Front desk staff were very helpful to explain train tickets etc. Nice bowl of apples in foyer

The room was incredibly hot as it faced south east and the aircon was insufficient to cool the room. Breakfast ok but not really worth Euro 11 per person as only a cold buffet and no cooked food. No restaurants etc in close proximity to hotel. Some construction work across the road but not noisy just a bit of an eyesore

They were very friendly and the hotel and the rooms were very clean. The breafast was excellent. They had excellent Front desk service.

Reviews, pictures and amenities were highly exaggerated for this '3- star' hotel. Rooms and hotel are very simplistic, internet didn't work and front desk staff unhelpful except to aid in locating train stop to get downtown. It is not within walking distance of anything you'd want to view in Munich and sits by itself in an industrial area.

Enjoyed the room with kitchenette, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location of the hotel is quiet close to the tram station. We were near English Garden and had good public transport links. - the room was good-sized, huge, and provided with a refrigerator and air conditioning.

I liked the location. It is quiet, feels safe, the train station is 2 minutes walking. Parking available on site, it is easier to park and travel by train. Breakfast was good for the price we paid. The coffee and the fresh baked bread was awesome. The room was very spacy, we enjoyed the nice feather blankets. The bathroom was clean, shower was comfortable. Very friendly staff, we are planning to go back there on our next trip to Munich.

The only thing I recommend to traveler is to bring a full hygiene kit, the room only offers liquid soap, tissue and tp. I carry one with me for my family every time we travel anyways so it wasn't a problem. There is not coffee in the room for those that like their first cup of coffee first thing in the morning like us. But there is coffee served downstairs.

Location: the hotel was really close to the Olympia park & English garden, The next tramway station to the Center of Munich and a nice comfortable cheap stay for 4 nights. In Pizza al Forno, located nearby I had Bavarian meals. Booked a room with kitchenette.
